Women Health Space began as a fertility centre — helping couples who had waited a long time for a positive test. Many of those patients then asked us a simple question: “Can you look after the pregnancy too?”
Now we can. Our obstetrics and gynaecology department provides complete care from your first pregnancy check-up through to delivery and recovery, alongside treatment for the gynaecological conditions that affect women at every age — irregular periods, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis and menopause.
All care is led by Dr. Meherun Nessa, MBBS, MS (BSMMU, Dhaka), gynaecologist and fertility specialist.
Antenatal Care (Pregnancy Check-ups) Structured check-ups from your first missed period to your due date, with the scans, blood tests and monitoring your pregnancy actually needs — no more, no less.
Normal Delivery We actively support vaginal birth where it is safe. That means proper labour support, pain relief options, and a doctor who is not looking for a reason to operate.
C-Section Delivery When a caesarean is genuinely the safer choice — planned or emergency — you get a clear explanation of why, a skilled surgical team, and a recovery plan.
High-Risk Pregnancy Care Gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and pre-eclampsia, twin pregnancy, previous caesarean, thyroid disease, advanced maternal age, recurrent miscarriage.
Postnatal Care The six weeks after birth matter as much as the nine months before. Wound care, breastfeeding support, contraception advice and a proper check on how you are doing.
One doctor who knows your whole history. You are not passed between five different consultants. The specialist who investigated your fertility is the one who monitors your pregnancy.
A genuine conversation about your delivery. Bangladesh’s caesarean rate is among the highest in the world, and a large share of those operations are not medically necessary. We will tell you honestly what your body and your baby need — and if that is a normal delivery, we will support you through it.
Fertility expertise where it counts. Pregnancies conceived through IVF or after treatment for PCOS or endometriosis need particular attention. That is our background.
